POSTAL SERVICE (registered post)
we send many items via registered mail. We email the tracking number to you so you can trace the parcel. Delivery time takes between 5 and 10 working days (depending on where you are etc., e.g. Australia can take up to 15 days). We are sending jewellery via registered mail since years to many destinations worldwide and within South Africa.
FREE SERVICE
Items or orders over ZAR 5000.- ship via courier or registered mail and we carry the cost for the service.
COURIER SERVICE
We offer an overnight courier service within South Africa @ ZAR 90.- for jewellery below ZAR 5000.-

should you not feel comfortable with our shipping option for your order, please contact us and we will try and offer you different options.
Returning an item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can inform us that you wish to return it to us in its original condition (price tag attached to jewellery as on delivery) within 2 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online. We will carry the cost of sending the item back to us.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, contact us immediately after you received the item (24 Hours) to inform us of the damage or error. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
